I could not get the o-ring to seal the unused inlets properly at the tension plate. I removed the o-ring, scraped the surface of the outlet with a razor blade, then put the screw and o-ring back in place. It worked for all but one outlet. That one had a small crack which I sealed with some epoxy. Then it worked just fine.
